Information and Advice Service for Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind residents across North and West Northamptonshire
We offer a range of information and advice services designed to help people remain independent, informed and connected to their communities.
This includes:
-Information and guidance on services, support and local resources
-Advice to help individuals navigate health, social care and community services
-Support to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing
-Opportunities to engage with community activities and events
This service primarily delivers support through remote access (online, phone and messaging), alongside planned opportunities for face-to-face contact through appointments and community sessions.
This approach is designed to make support more flexible and accessible, ensuring that people can get the help they need in a way that works best for them.
